I firmly believe in shipping as soon as possible and will make every attempt to get your purchased design to you as soon as possible. My production time (from time of order to shipping) varies depending on the design and is noted at the beginning of the listing description. Please contact me if you need a design within a certain time frame as I can sometimes expedite the production time. Shipping time varies depending on the mailing option chosen and your location - there are expedited shipping options to choose from.
All orders are ready for gifting - each design comes in its own box and is shipped in a box for added protection, I can add a note with the box if this is a gift. Just email me to let me know.
All orders within the US are shipped via USPS First Class Mail or Fedex. You can choose the Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, Fedex overnight or 2 day at the checkout if you want your shipping expedited . Note that this will not expedite the time to create your piece, just the shipping.
Even through I make every effort to ship in a timely manner I cannot be responsible for the delivery date of the package. Since all packages include tracking, Jane Fuller Designs cannot be held responsible for lost packages once they have been received by USPS. Insurance is included on all items over $100 (not including shipping) - this is reflected in the shipping cost for these items. If you wish to purchase insurance on items under that value please let me know before purchasing. Or, if you do not wish to have insurance on items over $100 I can adjust or refund the shipping overages.
All items will be shipped without signature confirmation unless specifically asked for.
All international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class Mail. A customs payment should be anticipated when purchasing outside of the US. Jane Fuller Designs is not responsible for the payment of any customs, taxes or tariffs.
You will receive notification when the package has been shipped.
