These 14k gold hoop post earrings have been formed and hammered to create a flattened surface. The surface has then been smoothed and then buffed to give it a matte sheen. This gives the gold a warm glow. The earrings are just under 1" in diameter - and so a medium size. The post has a notch that allows the medium weight butterfly closure to click into place. Even though flat they are a sturdy earring designed to be worn daily - that will not bend out of shape with normal wear. These can be polished - leave a 'note' with the order if this is what you would prefer. These earrings weigh 2.3 grams 14k solid gold per pair.
